Nightsky Posters is operated by MCKE Enterprises Worldwide LLC.
What we collect and why
We don't have user accounts. We hold the minimum order and design data needed to operate the service: your Stripe order reference and email, and the date, location, and text you choose for rendering. We use this data only to generate and deliver your files, verify access, prevent fraud or abuse, and handle refunds and order support.
We keep first-party anonymous usage counters without cookies or personal data, and we do not share them.
Payments
Stripe collects and processes payment data as our payment processor under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number. To unlock your download, we verify your order with Stripe using the checkout reference from your purchase and the email associated with it.
Abuse prevention
We keep short-lived rate-limit counters (hashed identifiers) to prevent abuse of our rendering service. They expire automatically.
Tracking
We don't use ad trackers, third-party scripts, or cookies. Local storage on your device is used only to remember your design and unlock state; session storage briefly remembers your first visit source and that your payment was confirmed.
External runtime calls
The site makes zero calls to external services at runtime. Payment checkout occurs only when you choose to open Stripe's hosted checkout, and order verification is performed by our server.
Legal requests and changes
We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a valid legal process or other lawful request, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud and abuse. We may update this policy by posting a revised version and changing the effective date above.
