Didn't get your poster after paying?
Use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email — it re-opens your unlocked poster page on any device. Or recover your order below with your order number and the email you paid with.
The receipt-recovery path is the button in your receipt email: open it and the studio verifies the signed order link automatically, then takes you to your unlocked poster.
Downloads slow or failing?
Posters render at full print resolution on our servers — a download can take up to ~20 seconds. If it fails, wait a moment and try again; your allowance isn't used up by failed attempts.
