Didn't get your poster after paying?
Your poster unlocks automatically as soon as your payment goes through — you are returned to the studio with the download ready. Keep that page open until both the PNG and the PDF have finished downloading.
If you closed the page before downloading, email us at hello@nightskyposters.com from the email address you used at checkout, and include your order reference if you have it. Once we verify the purchase we will re-issue your download link. Restored access is subject to your order's render allowance and our Terms.
Downloads slow or failing?
Posters render at full print resolution on our servers — a download can take up to ~20 seconds. If it fails, wait a moment and try again; your allowance isn't used up by failed attempts.
