Nightsky Posters is operated by MCKE Enterprises Worldwide LLC. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
Personalized digital products
Every poster is a custom-generated digital product made from the date, location, and text you choose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all sales are final once the download is made available after payment.
Where applicable, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right may be lost once delivery or performance begins. EU and UK rules commonly exclude goods made to a consumer's specifications and permit loss of the withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content after the required consent and acknowledgment. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable statutory right.
Defective or corrupted files
As a goodwill policy, if a delivered PNG or PDF is defective, corrupted, materially different from the design parameters you submitted, or cannot be downloaded because of our service, contact us within 14 days of purchase. At our discretion, our primary remedy will be to re-render, repair, or replace the affected file. If we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time, we will approve a refund. This goodwill policy does not replace any non-waivable legal remedy.
Your inputs
You are responsible for reviewing the date, location, spelling, and other text you submit. A mistake in buyer-provided information is not a product defect and does not entitle you to a refund. We may offer a courtesy re-render at our sole discretion, but have no obligation to do so.
Processing and loss of access
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and executes approved refunds to the original payment method under its applicable procedures. A refund or chargeback automatically revokes your license and download access. You must stop using and delete the refunded files.
